What have I done today? Cleaned our bathroom, ran errands with Kelsea, ate lunch at Chick-fil-a, yummy, they have the best sweet tea ever, that's what I live for, then back home to finish cleaning, filing bills, doing homework. Now we are getting ready to go see Book of Eli, the movie. I have heard good and not so good about it, but mostly good, so we will see. I want to see Dear John and so do my girls. But George has had to put up with girlie movies the past couple of times so it's his turn. Oh and I am up to 80 jumps on the ole jump rope, and yes my legs and ankles and feet have been aching pretty badly, that just shows you how out of shape I'm am.
I have a brother and a sister that live in nothern Virginia and they got over two feet of snow between yesterday and today, boy am I glad I'm not there! I do not like the snow, I mean it's pretty, but I do not like the cold weather! They sent me pictures, it's pretty deep.

Wow, it sounds like you stay very busy. When do you even find the time and energy to exercise? I got tired just reading your blog. I can't remember the last time I had time to exercise on a regular basis. I was just telling my husband that I might be able to get back to exercising this summer since I will only have two classes and a full time job instead of the usual 5 or 6 class load and a full time job that I have been doing. Your blog is definately motivating me to find the time because I know I feel so much better after I have taken the time to exercise. Good luck and stick with it, it is so worth it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jennifer, I wanted to stick with jumping rope but it was hurting my knees too badly, something you won't have to worry about at your age. I'm almost 50! However I love walking in our neighborhood during the warmer months, so hopefully I can start back walking again soon.
